Quality Of Spotter Reports

I came across this link about quality of spotter reports, errors commonly made, and how to avoid some of them. It is a 15 minute video from the NWS Warning Decision Training Branch about spotters and their reports. While this presentation was created more for the public, there is some useful info in there for trained spotters.
