Spotter Network Ranking System

It appears that SN has rolled out a ranking system earlier this week. The goal is easy--to get spotters to make the highest quality, most specific reports possible. SN is also out to separate the "above average" spotters from the "average" spotters.

Some spotter/chaser egos are definately going to be hurt by this!
