If you are interested in helping out as a volunteer in disasters and drill as a radio operator or any other form of help. This would be a good site too register on it gives your local public health an Emergency Manegment an idea of the volunters in the area. it also gives you updates ontraining that you can take First Aid, CPR, NIMS, etc...
