FCST: 5-23-10 MN, SD

Earlier today the SPC moved the slight risk much farther to the west, no including a large chunk of MN. Possible severe weather mid-to-late afternoon across central MN. Large hail will be the main threat.

Once again the CAPE values will be large and moisture will be plenty. LCL's are high and shear will be an issue in the lower levels, but there will be a surface boundry in play.

I think this forecast is tough. Will re-evaluate tomorrow.
